How we approach AI software research, comparisons, pricing guides, and practical recommendations.
Last updated: October 11, 2026
Research-based analysis and hands-on testing are different kinds of evidence. Read the article’s sources, dates, and stated testing scope rather than assuming every tool has been personally tested.

What we aim to help you decide
Dailytimespro focuses on software choices and workflows for small businesses, independent professionals, and small teams. A useful review should help you understand who a tool fits, what it costs, where it falls short, and what alternatives deserve consideration.
This page sets our editorial standards. It is not a claim that every older article already meets every standard. Articles can differ in depth, and we welcome specific corrections or requests for clearer evidence.
Research and source selection
Our research standard starts with official product documentation, pricing pages, help centers, and release notes for factual details. Vendor statements describe what a vendor says its product can do; they do not independently prove performance. Where outside sources are used, their relevance, date, and evidence need to be considered.
Pricing explanations should distinguish monthly and annual billing, per-user or usage charges, free-plan limits, and material conditions when those details are available. Prices may change, so readers should confirm the current offer directly with the vendor before purchasing. Unverified details should be identified as uncertain or left out.
Research-based reviews and hands-on testing
Some articles analyze published documentation and other available evidence rather than direct product use. Unless an article explicitly describes hands-on use and its scope, do not assume that we have tested the tool, bought a subscription, or run a benchmark.
Where hands-on testing is reported, the article should explain the task, relevant plan or version, important conditions, and observations supporting its conclusions. Screenshots and examples should accurately reflect their source. Illustrations are not proof of testing. We do not permit invented results, fabricated testimonials, or unsupported claims of personal experience.
How recommendations are assessed
Depending on the topic, relevant criteria include the tool’s suitability for the task, practical features, ease of setup, integrations, pricing and limits, support documentation, and data-handling considerations. Not every criterion carries the same importance for every reader or workflow.
Comparisons should use reasonably comparable plans and tasks, explain trade-offs, and identify who might prefer each option. A ranking or recommendation is an editorial judgment in its stated context, not a universal certification. We do not use a single numerical scoring formula across every tool.
AI assistance and editorial responsibility
AI tools may assist with research organization, drafting, editing, or visual production. AI-generated text or imagery is not evidence that a product has been used or a claim verified. The publication remains responsible for what it publishes.
Our standard is to check material factual claims against appropriate sources, remove unsupported statements, and present limitations clearly. Readers should still verify important product details and review AI outputs before using them in a business workflow.
Commercial relationships
We currently have no active affiliate partnerships or advertising program. If this changes, relevant commissions, sponsorships, or review-related benefits will be disclosed in the affected content. A commercial relationship must not be presented as independent evidence of product quality.
AI setup service calls to action promote our own services. Buying setup help is not required to read our articles. See our Affiliate Disclosure for how we will identify commercial relationships.
Updates and corrections
Software changes quickly. Articles may be revisited when relevant product details change or an error is reported, but we do not promise a fixed refresh schedule for every article. An updated date should reflect a meaningful revision rather than imply that every fact was retested.
To report an error, email [email protected] with the article URL, the statement in question, and a supporting source if available. We will review the issue and correct material errors or clarify the evidence as appropriate. Vendors may flag inaccuracies, but proposed changes still need evidence.
