Terms and Conditions

The terms for using Dailytimespro’s software articles, recommendations, and service inquiry features.

Last updated: October 11, 2026

Our articles support software decisions. Verify current vendor details before buying, and agree any setup project separately in writing.

Using the website

These terms apply to dailytimespro.com, operated under the business name Dailytimespro. By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. Contact us at [email protected] with questions.

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, send malicious code or spam, impersonate another person, or submit information you are not entitled to share.

Articles and recommendations

We publish information about AI tools, software pricing, comparisons, and workflows. Content is general information, not an individualized guarantee that a tool will meet your needs. It is not legal, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

Software features, availability, billing terms, and prices can change after an article is published. Check the vendor’s current documentation and checkout details before purchasing. Examples, opinions, and research findings are limited to their stated context. AI outputs and automation results require appropriate human review, especially where errors could affect people or business decisions.

Third-party tools and links

Linked vendors operate their own services. We do not control their availability, security, data handling, product changes, billing, cancellations, or refunds. Your purchase or account agreement is with the relevant vendor. A mention or link does not imply a partnership or official endorsement by that vendor.

We currently have no active affiliate partnerships. Any future commercial relationship will be explained in the relevant content and our Affiliate Disclosure.

AI setup service inquiries

A contact request does not create a service contract, reserve a delivery date, or authorize access to your accounts. Before a paid project begins, its scope, deliverables, fees, payment arrangements, responsibilities, access requirements, and cancellation terms must be agreed separately in writing.

Third-party subscriptions and usage charges are separate unless a written proposal says otherwise. Do not send passwords or secret API keys through our public contact form. No article or inquiry response guarantees a particular revenue increase, ranking improvement, time saving, or business outcome.

Content ownership and submissions

You may link to our articles and share brief excerpts with attribution where permitted by applicable law. Republishing entire articles, images, or substantial parts of the website requires permission unless another lawful exception applies. Vendor names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

You retain ownership of information you submit. By sending a message or posting a comment, you allow us to process it for responding, moderation, and, for public comments, display. Do not submit confidential material, unlawful content, or content that infringes others’ rights. Public comments may be moderated or removed for relevance, abuse, spam, or legal concerns. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability, responsibility, and your rights

We aim to provide useful information but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every article is complete, current, or error-free. Evaluate recommendations against your requirements and test workflows before relying on them in production.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on general website information or by third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, responsibilities, or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any separate written service agreement governs the relevant project.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website or services. The updated date appears on this page. Changes do not retrospectively replace the terms of an existing written project agreement without the agreement of the parties.

For permissions, corrections, or questions about these terms, email [email protected] or visit our contact page.
