Who this policy covers
This policy applies to dailytimespro.com, operated under the business name Dailytimespro. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Dailytimespro. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected] or use our contact page.
This policy covers our website and communications with us. Software vendors and other websites linked from our articles have their own privacy practices, which you should review before creating an account, buying a subscription, or uploading information.
Information you provide
When you send a message through our contact form, you provide your name, email address, and message. Your message may include your company name, requirements, or other information you choose to share. We use this information to respond, discuss requests, and keep a record of the conversation.
The form uses Contact Form 7 to send messages by email. Contact Form 7 does not itself save submitted messages in the WordPress database; copies may remain in the receiving mailbox and its backups. Please do not send passwords, payment details, confidential customer records, or other sensitive information through the form.
If comments are available on an article and you choose to post, WordPress processes the information entered in the comment form and technical information such as your IP address and browser details for moderation and spam prevention. Your published comment and display name are visible to other readers; your email address is not displayed as part of the comment.
Technical information and Cloudflare
Website infrastructure processes connection information, which can include IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps, browser information, and error or security events, to deliver the site and investigate problems or abuse.
We use Cloudflare for delivery and protection. The site also loads Cloudflare’s performance analytics beacon to measure visits and page performance. Cloudflare describes its Web Analytics as not collecting or using visitors’ personal data. This performance measurement is separate from connection information processed for delivery and security. See Cloudflare Web Analytics documentation and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Cookies and browser storage
Security challenges may use cookies to remember that a browser has passed a check. WordPress uses cookies for authenticated accounts and may offer a cookie to remember comment details if that feature is available. These features depend on how you interact with the website; reading a page does not mean every type of cookie is set.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed without analytics cookies. Other Cloudflare security features may use cookies as described in Cloudflare’s cookie documentation. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings, although blocking security or login cookies may affect those features.
We currently do not operate a newsletter, display advertising program, or active affiliate program. If we introduce services that change how information is collected or require consent, we will update this policy and provide the relevant notice or choices.
Why information is used and who receives it
Information is used to operate and protect the website, answer questions, handle service inquiries, moderate comments where available, and understand page performance. We do not sell contact-form submissions or use them to enroll you in a newsletter.
Hosting, email, security, and other infrastructure providers may process information needed to deliver those functions. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or necessary to address abuse or protect legal rights. An external software vendor receives information you give it directly under its own terms, rather than through our contact form.
Retention and international processing
Messages and related records may remain in email systems and backups for the time needed to handle the conversation, follow up on a request, resolve disputes, or meet applicable obligations. Technical records follow the retention settings of the relevant infrastructure. There is no single fixed period that applies to every record. You can ask us about a particular record or request deletion using the contact details below.
Infrastructure providers may process information in countries other than your own. The location and safeguards depend on the provider and service. Contact us if you need information about the handling of a specific request.
Your choices and requests
You can browse without submitting a contact form, limit the information you include in messages, and control cookies in your browser. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, obtain a copy of your information, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may also have a right to complain to a relevant privacy authority.
Send requests to [email protected], explaining what information or interaction your request concerns. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or protect others’ rights; we will explain any relevant limits.
Children, security, and changes
Our publication and service inquiries are intended for adults selecting software for work or business. We do not seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us so we can investigate and address it.
No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Avoid sending sensitive information through ordinary website forms or email. We will update this page when our practices change and display the updated date. Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected].
